ONLINE PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are accepted when ordering online:

The total amount of your order will be charged to your account at the time the order is placed online.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING OF ONLINE ORDERS
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, and may take up to 72 hours to process in house. Please note that processing delays may be longer during peak periods of special promotions.
Orders placed on a weekend or statutory holiday will be processed the following business day.
Web orders are shipped with ChitChats or Hrvatska Posta and you will receive your tracking number as soon as they take charge of your parcel. Your order may be relayed to a third party (USPS, DHL, etc.) for delivery in your country. Either way, you can follow the status of the delivery using the tracking number provided.
A valid delivery address must be provided at the time of purchase.
If you wish to have your items shipped in a different way, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further shipping quotes.
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase within 24 hours after an order is placed. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your purchase, please contact SKIN MACHINE at email@example.com. Items are subject to availability and are not guaranteed in stock at the time of purchase. Orders placed during the holidays may accuse a slight delay.
MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF AN ONLINE ORDER
Limited modification can be made to your order, provided it is not yet completed and shipped. Please quickly contact our Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about your possibilities.
A cancellation of an online order can be made if it is not yet completed and shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Purchased item can be exchanged or refunded within 15 days of the purchase date. Please write an email to our Customer Care service at email@example.com including your order number and reason for exchange or return to get a return authorization number. Items to be returned or exchanged must be undamaged with the original tags attached & Customer is responsible for shipping freight on returns or exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable on items that are returned.
Any products purchased through a third-party retailer or wholesaler do not qualify for exchange, return or repair.
SKIN MACHINE DESIGN is not responsible for additional custom fees or lost or stolen packages.
