SHIPPING & RETURNS
You have 15 days from the day you receive your item to decide whether or not to keep your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange any items please email INFO@SKINMACHINE.DESIGN & we will issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 48 hours.
Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable on items that are returned & not faulty.
Customer is responsible for shipping freight on returns or exchanges.
Items to be returned or exchanged must be undamaged with the original tags attached.
We will refund shipping for any faulty item(s) returned to us that are unused.
Any products purchased through a third-party retailer or wholesaler do not qualify for exchange, return or repair.
All SKIN MACHINE products have a one year guarantee within one year after the date of the purchase.
When will my order ship out?
Usually orders will ship out within 1-3 business days. Please note a 72hr delay period for your order to be processed. This also included Express shipping requests.
